Refund Policy – VURV Creative, LLC

Effective Date: January 30, 2026

We reserve time and begin planning work specifically for you. Because our services are custom and time-based, all payments are non-refundable. This includes deposits/retainers, milestone payments, design services, consulting/strategy, and digital products/downloads.

Exceptional Circumstances

If something truly unusual happens (for example, a major emergency or circumstances outside either party’s control), VURV Creative may consider a partial refund on a case-by-case basis. Any refund is entirely at our discretion and will be determined based on:

• work completed to date

• time reserved and scheduling impact

• any non-recoverable costs already committed (software, contractors, rush fees, licensed assets, etc.)

Billing Errors

If you believe there’s been a billing error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge so we can review and correct it if needed.
