Meet The Founder

Stephanie

Brand Strategist, Creative Director, Systems Thinker

My background spans design, messaging, web, and brand strategy, giving me a holistic view of how brands communicate, connect, and grow. I’ve worked both independently and inside high-growth tech environments, including leading employer brand initiatives for companies like KnowBe4. That experience taught me how brand identity impacts everything from perception to retention from the inside out.

I’m also a founding member of the Brand Builders Alliance, a community of creative leaders redefining what strategic branding looks like in practice.

VURV is my return to entrepreneurship — a studio built on the belief that when your brand feels true, you become magnetic. Not just to customers, but to opportunities, partnerships, and momentum.

I live and work remotely from Florida. I work closely with a small number of clients each season, collaborating deeply to uncover what makes their brand truly resonate.
